Refund & Return Policy

At 100HP Auto Parts, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned: electrical parts that have been installed or whose packaging seal is broken, special-order items, and any part showing signs of installation, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email support@100hpautoparts.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@100hpautoparts.us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Restocking

Most returns are not subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable fee for special-order items will be disclosed before you return the item.
