Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Orders ship from within the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery typically arriving in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking is provided on every order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and destination. Any promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unused, and uninstalled parts in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details and instructions.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect part?
Contact us at support@100hpautoparts.us right away. We will make it right with a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for our errors.
Compatibility
How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Each product page lists compatibility details and a Make/Model/Year guide. Always confirm fitment using your vehicle VIN or original part number before ordering. If you are unsure, email us and we will help you verify.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but if your order has not shipped we will do our best to update or cancel it.
How do I track my order?
