100HP Auto Parts ships within the United States. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and how we handle shipping issues.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items, weight, and destination. Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be clearly displayed in your cart and at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email for every order. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, contact us at support@100hpautoparts.us.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or high demand can affect delivery times. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we will always help you track and resolve issues.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
